1. Returns
Due to the perishable and consumable nature of our products (healthy chocolates, juices, fruit boxes, wellness items, and gift hampers), returns are not accepted once the product has been delivered.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be issued only in the following cases:
- You received a damaged product
- You received a wrong item
- The product was missing from your order
- The product was expired at the time of delivery
3. Reporting an Issue
To be eligible for a refund, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Requests raised after 24 hours of delivery may not be accepted.
4. Refund Process
- Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will notify you via email or WhatsApp.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at checkout.
5. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refunds:
- Products damaged due to improper handling by the customer
- Products with tampered or opened packaging
- Incorrect address or contact details provided by the customer
- Failed delivery due to customer unavailability
6. Order Cancellations
Before Dispatch
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our support team.
- A full refund will be processed if the order has not been shipped.
After Dispatch
- Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.
7. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, except in cases of incorrect or damaged products sent by us.
8. Replacement Policy
In eligible cases, we may offer:
- A replacement, or
- A refund, at our discretion
